The Judge today ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, ruling against Metro Nashville's motion to dismiss. The case moves forward! For background and more click here. Taxpayers of Metro can look forward to their tax dollars paying for the Limo Suit because the Council can't seem to vote to uphold the constitution. Apparently the Council does not care.
