In wake of Trump's election, Nashville resolution aims to calm fears

resolution signed by all but one Metro Council member is a direct
response to the fears some have following his election.
Councilman
Dave Rosenberg has sponsored a resolution proclaiming that the citizens
of Nashville “will continue to welcome and to afford equal justice to
all residents and visitors regardless of race, color, religion, national
origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, or protected status.” (link)
