TLC caught on camera impesonating police officers!

Watch this video! Transportation Licensing Commission inspectors are caught on tape impersonating police officers! Charges of extortion, official misconduct and impersonating police officers were leveled against the TLC as long ago as 2007 but nothing was done. TLC officers may face criminal charges.

Not only has the TLC engaged in harassing citizens and impersonating police officers, but the Metro Council and the city of Nashville have engaged in price fixing and the writing of regulations to benefit the well-connected, well-established limousine companies to protect them from competition from innovative, less costly competition. State Fairgrounds - URGENT

The bill is up for a vote in the Senate THIS THURSDAY. The bill gives control of the Tennessee State Fair (only the fair) to a state appointed commission and  threatens to take it out of Davidson County.  This is exactly what Mayor Dean has sought from the  beginning. The Senate sponsor, Democrat Joe Haynes of Nashville, has been asked to amend the  bill to require the fair to stay in Davidson County and so far he has refused!  Coincidentally, the Press  Secretary for the Democrats is the leader of the SNAP organization that led the effort to demolish the  racetrack, give up the State Fair and kick out the Flea Market. Metro vehicle inspectors under fire for impersonating cops

Metro’s police chief has sent a blistering letter to the city’s transportation licensing director after vehicle inspectors allegedly used police badges, carried guns and put blue lights on their cars while making their rounds.

“Violations of law, multiple misrepresentations, an apparent lack of accountability and a general propensity to act in a non-responsible manner have affected the credibility of your agency,” Chief Steve Anderson wrote to Brian McQuistion, director of the Metro Transportation Licensing Commission, in a four-page letter dated April 20. read more

Fantastic! Thank you Michael Cass for reporting this story and thank you Chief Anderson for taking a strong stand against the thugs at the Transportation Licensing Commission. People who impersonate police officers and harass the public ought to go to jail! The council should hold hearings on this issue and McQuiston should be forced to resign. Anyone who has impersonated a police officer should go to jail.

Please read the letter from the police chief. Chief Anderson caught McQuiston in an outright lie and he calls him on it. He states what McQuiston told him and then says, "These assertions were not truthful." The only way he could have said what he said more forcefully would have been to say, "you are a damn lair."  He calls McQuiston's rational as to why his thugs were not impersonating policemen,"absurd reasoning" and he is right. It could not get more absurd. He issues to McQuiston a long list of demands. Read the letter here.

Anti-Agenda 21 House Joint Resolution passes, signed.

House Joint Resolution 0587, which was drafted by the discredited paranoid conspiracy theorist John Birch Society and which, "recognizes the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21," was approved 19-11 in the Senate today and signed by the Speaker of the House. I assume that like in the House, Democrats voted to oppose and Republicans voted to approve. The House passed the measure 72-23 on March 15th.

A RESOLUTION relative to United Nations Agenda 21

.

WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme
environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1992; and 

WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) through local “sustainable development” policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other “Green” or “Alternative” projects; and 

 WHEREAS, this United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called “sustainable
development” views the American way of life of private property ownership, single-family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms all as destructive to the environment; and 

WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is
described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources
afforded us by society and the environment which would be accomplished by
socialist/communist redistribution of wealth; and

WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, national sovereignty is
deemed a social injustice; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, THE SENATE CONCURRING, that the General Assembly recognizes the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21 and hereby exposes to the public and public policymakers the dangerous intent of the plan.

 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that neither the U.S. government nor any state or local
government is legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it has never been endorsed by the U.S. Senate.

 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the federal government and state and local
governments across the country be well informed of the underlying harmful implications of implementation of United Nations Agenda 21 destructive strategies for “sustainable
development,” and we hereby endorse rejection of its radical policies and rejection of any grant monies attached to it. 

This is only a joint resolution which, much like a United Nations study, has absolutely no force in law. It just expresses an opinion, much like a United Nations study.

What is the ICLEI and why is Nashville a member?

According to Agenda 21 alarmist, the ICLEI is the organization responsible for implementing Agenda 21 at the local level. The ICLEI is the organization that gives the local planning commissions and local elected bodies their marching orders. Until recently I had never heard of ICLEI. Over 1200 cities, counties and other governmental units around the world belong to the organization. Here are the cities and counties in Tennessee that belong: Chattanooga, Cookeville, Franklin, Knoxville, Nashville, Oak Ridge, Shelby County, and Signal Mountain. 

The anti-Agenda 21 movement wants cities to withdraw from the organization.  Unless the Agenda 21 movement looses steam, we can expect Nashville's membership in the ICLEI to become an issue. The anti-Agenda 21 forces seem better organized in neighboring Williamson County than in Nashville so membership may become an issue in Franklin.  I have no idea what is going on in other cities.

Mass Murder- Fluoride, Aspartame and Agenda 21

Ok folks, I am getting the big picture. The John Birch Society is the force behind the Anti-agenda 21 campaign. I already knew that the John Birch Society was the force behind the anti-floridation movement in the 60's.  Well, would you believe it, there is a connection between Agenda 21 and fluoridation? There is a BIG connection.

I will try to make this simple:

Agenda 21 advocates "sustainable development." Sustainable Development is a "pattern of economic growth in which resource use aims to meet human needs while preserving the environment."

The people behind sustainable development believe the world can only accommodate 500 million people. The world now has 6 billion, so they have to kill off all of those extra people. How do they do that? By poisoning them. Two of the major ways to poison people is by fluoride and aspartame.

"They are blocking out the sun with chemicals, genetically modifying fruits, vegetables, and animals; putting toxic chemicals in the water, and banning natural vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and supplements through the UN with Codex Alimentarius and Agenda 21."

If you don't yet know about Codex Alimentarius, just wait. Soon there will probably be a Codex Alimentariux expert in your community, who paid $195 to become an expert.

According to those who claim to understand the truth of the matter, Agenda 21 is really part of a plot by the "elites" to kill off 98% of the worlds population. Some of the big villains in the plot are Donald Rumsfield and George W. Bush and also Bill Clinton.

Wow! what can I say?  There is more to this anti-Agenda 21campaign than not liking traffic roundabouts and  greenways.

I was going to end this post with the above sentence, but some who don't get subtlety would leave thinking I believe the the theory laid out above. I think the advocates of this theory are nuts!

Rev. Jeremiah Wright coming to Nashivlle

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the controversial radical Chicago pastor of Barack Obama, will visit Nashville next week for a church revival.  He will be preaching at East Nashville's Ray of Hope Community Church, 901 Meridian Street, for a three-day church revival, April 30 through May 2.

During the presidential campaign of 2009, along with Obama's association with left wing domestic terrorist Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn, Obama's association with Jeremiah Wright came under scrutiny. Obama had attended Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's south side for twenty years but claimed not to have heard various inflammatory statements make from the pulpit by Wright.

The Reverent. Wright married Obama and his wife Michelle and baptized their two daughters. After the controversy over Wright erupted Obama tried to distance himself from Wright. Wright who had been scheduled to deliver an invocation at a major Obama event was disinvited.

Below are a couple of the more widely publicized inflammatory statements made by Wright.

He said this in the aftermath of 9-11:

 "We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye... and now we are indignant, because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought back into our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost."

Here is his famous, "God damn America" statement:

 "And the United States of America government, when it came to treating her citizens of Indian descent fairly, she failed. She put them on reservations. When it came to treating her citizens of Japanese descent fairly, she failed. She put them in internment prison camps. When it came to treating her citizens of African descent fairly, America failed. She put them in chains, the government put them on slave quarters, put them on auction blocks, put them in cotton field, put them in inferior schools, put them in substandard housing, put them in scientific experiments, put them in the lowest paying jobs, put them outside the equal protection of the law, kept them out of their racist bastions of higher education and locked them into positions of hopelessness and helplessness. The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, not God Bless America. God damn America!

CORKER SAYS TRUSTEES REPORTS ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE DEMONSTRATE URGENCY FOR REFORM

Medicare to be out of money in 12 years. 

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bob Corker, R-Tenn., said the annual reports from the Trustees for Social Security and Medicare out today demonstrate the urgency for reform of both Social Security and Medicare. The reports indicate the Social Security Trust Fund will run out of money in 2033, three years earlier than projected last year, and the Medicare Hospital Insurance Trust Fund will run out of money in 2024.

 “Today’s reports confirm what we all know but Washington has been ignoring for years: Congress must act to reform and restore solvency to Social Security and Medicare and put our country on a path to fiscal sanity. Bold entitlement reform combined with long-term deficit reduction and pro-growth tax reform that lowers rates across the board will cause the economy take off. I will continue working with my colleagues in both parties toward that end,” said Corker.
