Rod's Comment: I am going out on a limb here and bet the review does not find the failed reflecting pool fix was the result of poor workmanship, or riding tons of armored cars over the pool, and does not find that maybe it was not a good idea to give a no-bid contract to Trump's pool guy. I am even going to speculate that the investigation finds the failure of the fix was maybe due to suspected vandalism. What do you think?
