Man charged with setting fire to Big Time Boots during Nashville demonstrations
Metro Police have arrested a man who is suspected of breaking into Big Time Boots during the Lower Broadway riot in May. The accused, Ryan Keith Ray, age 33, caught on video tape sitting the fire, is facing eight charges, including felony arson, burglary and vandalism. I hope it doesn't happen, but I have a fear that D. A. Glenn Funk will reduce the charges and let the criminal off with a slap on the wrist, something like time served and community service. Follow this case and others arrested for crimes committed durning the riots to see if their crimes are prosecuted or if excused.
