The Council meeting of May 5, 2020

This meeting is six hours long.  It is again conducted electronically with only a handful of people in the chamber.  To access a copy of the agenda, the staff analysis of the agenda and my commentary on the agenda, follow this link. Since this meeting is so long, I am not going attempt to watch the whole thing to find the results of significant legislation.
