Joe Carr is not so good at all that paperwork stuff

Carr was nine months late filing his personal disclosure and he failed to include his 91-acre $418,900 cattle ranch. He says being nine months late in filing was just and oversight and he says forgetting about his farm was just an error and he will correct it.  I don't doubt it was just an error. He makes a lot of those. (read more) He describes himself on his campaign website as a farmer and small businessman, but his financial disclosure form shows most of his income last year came from his salary and per diem allowances as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives.
