Music City Center over budget by $13 million

Thirteen million dollars is a lot of money. However it is only 2% of the the overall budget, which is not that bad. The construction actually came in under budget but the city used eminent domain to acquire the land and a land owner contested the price the city paid him and won in court costing the city an extra $20 million dollars.
