No AMP funding in the Govenor's budget

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION: THE AMP BUS RAPID TRANSIT PROJECT IS NOT
LISTED AS A PROJECT TO BE FUNDED FOR THE 2014 STATE BUDGET.
