Bill to prohibit welfare debit card use at strip clubs and liquor stores passes

Senator Jim Tracy and Rep. Terri Lynn Weaver worked with the Beacon Center to develop legislation to prohibit the use of welfare debit cards at strip clubs, casinos  and liquor stores.
