Obama’s NLRB Gets Smacked Down: District Court Rules Arizona’s Secret-Ballot Amendment Is Constitutional

You may recall back in 2010, when Barack Obama’s union-appointees at the National Labor Relations Board began showing their true union colors, voters in Arizona, South Carolina, South Dakota and Utah passed secret-ballot amendments to their state constitutions as a preemptive measure to thwart the Obama Administration’s (and unions’) efforts to pass legislation calling for unionization without elections.
